Synopsis: 

The Basic Tracking, Telemetry and Command course is designed for those individuals who want to broaden their knowledge of basic TT&C systems and who are involved in Ground Network and Space Network activities.  The course includes discussions of the following:

·       Basic Flow Overview
·       Spacecraft Overview
·       Ground Network Overview
·       Space Network Overview

Course objectives are accomplished through classroom discussion, including analysis of block diagrams and descriptions of forward, return, up, and down link concepts.  The student will be provided a student workbook for classroom participation and reference.

Prerequisites: 

None; however, it should be noted that this course is intended for technical personnel..
